More than a job title.
I'm someone who sees a frustrating process and can't help wondering: there has to be a better way.
My background is in hands-on operations leadership — managing teams, fleets, logistics, performance and the thousands of little decisions that keep a city moving.
That practical experience led me deeper into technology, automation, data and building useful digital products. I like taking complicated problems, understanding the people affected by them, and designing something simpler.
Outside of work, community service has been a constant in my life. I care about how our organizations and local institutions work, and how we can make them more accessible and effective.
